We specialize in construction management and inspection services for transportation projects.  We are a DBE (Disadvantaged Business Enterprise) and SBE (Small Business Enterprise).  Since 2011, we have done at least 14 construction management contracts with Caltrans, OCTA, City of Oxnard, Santa Fe Springs ,Thousand Oaks, City and County of San Diego, and San Diego Association of Governments (SANDAG).  We have served as structure representatives, assistant structure representatives, assistant resident engineers, structure inspectors and roadway inspectors for over 30 freeway and bridge construction projects.  Our strengths lie in bridge construction engineering and submittal reviews of engineering work plans and shop drawings for falsework, trenching and shoring, demolition etc.  We excel in inspection of challenging structure construction which includes hinge construction and replacement, tall and long span falsework, multi-level ground anchor shoring, high soil nail wall, large diameter CIDH piles and mitigation, post-tensioning of curved bridges, camber calculations for skewed and curved bridges, bridge jacking, permanent metal decking, tie-downed retaining walls,  and pile driving in difficult underground conditions.
